iMovie Now Available For iOS 4
The simplicity and comfort in functionality of new iphone apps is impossible to estimate.
The iMovie application by Apple is a vivid example.
The app brings a number of Apple’s desktop video-editing software’s features to the iPhone.
iMovie, which you can get from the iPhone app store ($5), is a 30.6MB video editing software application which allows to edit your own home movies, create themes, transitions, titles, but the editing technique is far too simple and pleasant than it used to be.
iMovie lets you make your high quality movies anywhere you want and publish them on the web.
Apple states that iMovie is available only for iPhone 4. To run the iMovie app you need iOS 4, and the official version of the OS is installed only on iPhone 4 models.
If you try to install it on the iPhone 3GS or any other iPhone, it simply will not work. However, by making some modifications in the info.plist file you can run it on iPhone 3GS as well.
iMovie is unequivocally in the leading position of must have iPhone apps. It has greatly expanded the video-editing capacities found on the iPhone 3GS.
The mini digital camera includes a higher resolution sensor at 5 megapixels and an LED flash. The quality of videos is just impressive.
Users cannot only use their phones’ HD digital camcorders for their movies, but can also can add still images from their photo libraries to their projects. Music that comes with each project theme or songs stored in the iTunes library can also be imported into the project.
It is fun to pan and zoom and add themes, transitions and effects that iMovie offers. The movie title will include the geolocation. You can also choose your export size (at 360p, 540p, or 720p resolutions).
All the new iPhone apps offered for the iPhone 4 are impressive and original, but the qualities and capabilities that iMovie offers in video-editing are really astonishing.
